We use secure third-party data aggregators (like Plaid) to facilitate these connections; we never see or store your bank login credentials on our servers.
- Automatically Collected Data: We collect basic technical information to ensure the app functions properly across different devices. This includes your operating system, device type, and app usage logs (e.g., error logs and crash reports) to help us troubleshoot and improve performance.
- Payment Information: If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, payment information is processed securely by the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store). We do not collect or store your full credit card number.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect strictly to operate and improve Hinder. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the app's core features.

- Financial Data Sources: To establish and maintain the connection to your financial institutions, data is routed through our secure aggregator partners (e.g., Plaid). By connecting your accounts, you also agree to the privacy policies of these specific aggregators.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, valid subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Three Nine Five Software Inc., our users, or others.

Data transmitted between your device, our backend servers, and our financial data partners is encrypted. While we take every reasonable precaution to secure your data, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you choose to delete your account, we will delete your personal and financial data from our active databases, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
